My mission is to help you heal. I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health. My goals are to provide you with individualised plans which look after your mind and body for the long term.
I feel that communication and collaboration are key. I would like to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and outcomes you can expect to gain from it. Together we can ensure you are fully informed and feeling positive.
My specialties lie within Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology and Relaxation massage.
